Group training

FitBods is bootcamp style circuit training aimed to get the most punch out of the time we spend.

No two sessions will be the same with stations designed from options focusing on agility, strength, cardio, HIIT and balance. We’ll use body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, balance balls, steps, battle ropes, ladders, suspension trainer, boxing and medicine balls. There’s no time for chatting – if you want the most efficient calorie burn for your time then this class is for you.

I’ve had a few reincarnations in my life. Maybe they’re better termed as “re-inventions”. Like many people my (ahem) age, I started my teens and twenties with a strong passion for sport and general health in fitness. Then Boom! Adulting got in the way; babies came along, houses to work on, jobs to go to, husband to partner with.. you get it… I became my own very last priority and as a result, my health, fitness and weight suffered.
I know what it’s like to make the choice to change, to choose to make time for me. I know the journey can be hard, but it’s also so rewarding. You don’t need to go it alone. Let me help you. Let me show you what it’s like to want to; no, to HAVE to, have your regular workout time!
I love working with seniors, adults, teens and children. I love strength and HIIT training and the confidence this gives me of feeling strong yet agile! Let’s do this!

Experience:Master Degree in Commerce, Bachelor of Education (Food Technology and Health Studies), Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness, Certificate 4 Training and Assessment, First Aid and CPR certificate, AusRep – Fitness Australia Registered. Working with Children Check, Older Adults and Children’s Trainer qualified. Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coaching, Kangatraining Instructor (Pre and post natal fitness qualified)
