I was hesitant to start fitness classes at first, thinking it would be too hard and strenuous for my 48 year old body. I did really want to strengthen my bones though, and particularly work on my upper body strength.
The hardest part was starting, but I found Tracy’s teaching technique supportive and knowledgeable. She can suggest a level of exercise to suit each individual in the class so that the workouts are always fun and challenging for all participants.
I love the small friendly group sessions. Through Tracy’s example, we support and encourage one another on our fitness journey, and have become friends in the process. I look forward to a workout, not only because I’ll feel great afterwards, but because it’s a terrific support network.
I’m feeling fitter and stronger than I’ve felt in years, and love it when I accomplish a new level. I have a lot more energy and my posture is much straighter.
No more knee pain or stiff hips, or those little “niggles” attributed to getting older.
Definitely worth the effort.

FitKids has helped me and my friends feel fit and healthy everyday. It’s a little bit challenging at first but you will begin to really enjoy yourself so that’s why I recommend FitKids

I have talked to the staff and kids who participated with your FitKids workshop and we have all agreed that it was such a great incursion. The high intensity circuit based workshop was dynamic and exciting with a vast range of functional exercises that all the kids could participate in. No two exercises where the same so it provided the students with a high- powered and fast paced variety of fundamental movements that had them running, jumping, skipping and crunching. Similarly how you conducted the class in a friendly, positive and energetic manner really showed how passionate you are in helping improve children’s lifestyles with new and interesting ways of exercise.
